Common questions
How do I delete my account?
Open the app, go to More → Delete account. Your account and every entry are removed immediately, and encrypted backups are rotated out within 30 days. Your email can no longer sign in afterward, so coming back later means starting a genuinely new account. If you can't access the app, email support@tomyself.app from the address you signed up with.
How do I export my entries?
Open the app, go to More → Export entries. You'll receive a Markdown file of every entry you've written, on every device.
Will the app train AI on my entries?
No. We do not use your journal entries to train any AI model. The Stoic Tutor sends your entries to our AI processor, Anthropic, only to generate responses to you — the processor is contractually prohibited from training on your data.
